Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-06-28T20:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2025-06-28T20:24:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
Note: CME visible to the SW in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and GOES:CCOR-1 and to the SE in STEREO A COR2. The source is most clearly seen as field line movement in SDO AIA 171 off the SW limb starting at 2025-06-28T19:06Z. This CME may be associated with dimming east of AR 14117 best seen in STEREO A EUVI 195 and faintly seen around S15W40 in SDO AIA 193 starting around 2025-06-28T18:51Z. Partially overlaps with halo CME: 2025-06-28T21:00Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |

Measurement based on potential source location as well as the best fit between SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO A COR2 imagery. Not clearly measurable with GOES CCOR-1. The CME was only measurable in a few frames of running difference imagery before the leading edge became too faint to measure. |
